Description
Characterization
Intended for topcoat painting of steel, cast iron and aluminium surfaces previously primed with polyvinyl paint for priming in the automotive industry. It is applied in anticorrosive protection of parts and elements of automotive equipment. The paint is suitable for material-saving application using electrostatic spraying, recommended particularly for painting small, openwork or rotary elements.
The coating is: - smooth, well adhesive, - glossy, semi-matt or matt (depending on the type), - resistant to battery acid, water, brine, - resistant to temperatures between -20ºC and +60ºC (short term between -30ºC and +80ºC), - tightens the anticorrosive coating protecting painted items against the destructive effects of the atmosphere, - protects iron alloys against corrosion by passivating the substrate.
