Your personal data are processed for the purpose of implementing the concluded contract or for the purpose of taking action before its implementation or conclusion (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR), based on the necessity of processing for purposes resulting from legally justified interests pursued by "Polifarb-Łódź" Sp. z o.o. (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR), and your voluntary consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a of the GDPR) solely for the purpose of conducting current correspondence. They will not be made available to other entities - except for the hosting service provider, they are not subject to automated processing (e.g. profiling) that produces legal effects for you or significantly affects you in a similar way.

You have the right to request from "Polifarb-Łódź" Sp. z o.o. access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing and the right to transfer data.

You have the right to withdraw your consent by sending an e-mail to ado@polifarb.lodz.pl or by traditional mail to the company's address.

You can express your will to withdraw your consent in any way, the only condition is that it reaches our message.

At any time, you have the right to access the content of your personal data, the right to rectify it and, to the appropriate extent, the right to transfer data, object, limit processing or request the removal of your data from the personal data collection of "Polifarb-Łódź" Sp. z o.o. and the right not to be subject to profiling.
